The SSMRC thanks Local 1263’s Justin Cloud, also a Sergeant in the Georgia Army National Guard, the 848th Engineering Company. Sgt. Cloud was activated to assist in the aftermath of hurricane Matthew’s affect on Savannah, Georgia. Sgt. Cloud and his fellow soldiers were tasked with clearing debris from roads and other access routes to allow emergency vehicles in and around the area.
