Steve Williams of Gulfport, Mississippi has been selected as a new Business Representative of Local 1554 for the Southern States Millwright Regional Council.

A member of LU 1554 since 2009, Steve has worked with many contractors at various plants, including chemical, refineries, auto, gas turbines, steam turbines, nuclear plants and fossil. He most recently worked with Siemens Generation Services for the last few years as a craft labor supervisor, where he was responsible for supervising, directing and mentoring union millwrights.

“My goal is to be an effective leader, business representative, and mentor among my union brotherhood,” Williams said.
